The next step is deport all over due or expired Visa, Passport and or work permits. Plus enforcing current Laws on the books.

Just think, OP, if Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez had been deported after his 5th time re-entering the US due to this administration's lax laws, and finally refused re-entry into the country, this 7 time convicted felon might not have killed American citizen Kate Steinle. Deporting the criminals is a very good starting place, and not something this administration has wanted to do.
