Border agents who testified against convicted Ramos and Compean will be fired

This is a step in the right direction. Now we need to see Ramos and Compean exonerated and freed from prison.

After they're FIRED, I want an offer made to them.....you can KEEP your severance pay AND stay out of jail, provided you give up ALL information on who "encouraged" you to change your stories so many times, HOW you were convinced to do this (was it your 'own words', or did someone higher up SUGGEST what you should say?), and agree to give testimony that would help put THEM away. Then you 'walk"....

When they get out (and am hoping Bush Boy will do ONE positive thing before he leaves by giving them a pardon), I hope they will sue the hell out of every federal agency involved, take the money and run.

That article is a year old.

I can't imagine why we've heard nothing more about it.

Pretty obvious some stories ar just too "hot" to talk about--- possibly this is one.

For SOME reason, your post reminded me of ANOTHER incident, several years ago, during the early stages of the Iraq war. A muslim American soldier at a forward base in Kuwait grumbled in letters to friends that he 'wouldn't take up arms against his muslim brothers". One night he shot up his tent--and I BELIEVE killed one or two fellow soldiers in their sleep.

Talk radio made a HUGE thing of it, the muslim community cried "foul" on any connection with their 'faith', the guy was hustled off into the military justice system...and I have never heard another PEEP about it since. Can't believe I 'missed' such a hot story---apparently any mention of this has just been 'silenced' by the media. Wonder what ever DID happen in regards to that case?...

Bush will not do the right thing.

There's something very sinister about this whole case -- and that trial should not have been held in El Paso which has too much influence of the cartels and the Mexican government.
