I really don't give a %&^$ if it was intentional or not! At the end of the day 4 kids would have been alive today if she was not on US soil. I want this illegal THUG punished severely!!!!!!

Even though i've gotten a EXPENSIVE ticket for running a red light, i know that running a red light could kill someone, which is why i'm thankful that i didnt kill anyone and the $167 i paid was worth more in the long run if it kept someone alive.

Can I ask you a question. What if she wasn’t an illegal immigrant. What if she was an elderly US citizen? Would you feel execution was warranted still?
The reason I ask is that in 2003 an elderly man in Santa Monica killed 10 people and injured 70 and all they got was probation an no prison time. Why not the same outrage to the US citizen as the illegal? Both killed people but when illegals do it, there seems to be more outrage.
The judge in the old guy's case was right, why burden the state with his care when he is now 89 and virtually on his death bed...cases are judged on an individual basis. Some were/are outraged at why this old coot was still driving....although he was driving LEGALLY
Yes, there's more outrage because the illegals are committing a crime first by being here ILLEGALLY. She was working ILLEGALLY (at Jenni-O, I believe), she had a prior run in for driving ILLEGALLY and the police knew she had no license....but she drove ANYWAY... ILLEGALLY....ILLEGALLY using someone else's name.

She was driving so fast she knocked over a SCHOOL BUS! Must've been ILLEGALLY over the speed limit.
I don't think she should be executed but she INTENTIONALLY committed all these crimes and deportation is not the answer...she will be back with a new ILLEGAL name.
She should be tried as a murderer...she intentionally ran that STOP sign.
Probably will be charged with vehicular manslaughter ....I feel it was still murder....as I feel it's murder when you intentionally get drunk and then drive and kill someone....and I believe when someone is intentionally blabbing on their umbilicalcord/cellphone and kill someonewhile driving it's intentional.

If you had bothered to read the entire thread PL, you would have seen several posts with links to the story saying she was here Illegally. There were in fact, (including the OP's link seven links posted stateing she was here illegaly. Open you eyes.
And Madicarus2000 if you had checked related links in the link provided by the OP's first post you would have found at least one link pointing to her being here illegally.
I blame the officials of the US...they are the reason these poor kids are gone. God Bless the families.
