For some reason the border states think they have the say in this. They dont, we ALL have a say.

Every single vote choice is for some kind of amnesty. Why have a poll that leaves out the majority of the people who want deportation of illegals?

Was it Arizona that followed OK state example or the other way around. I thought it started in Arizonia a while ago(I guess I was wrong).

In OK there is a large migration of illegals aliens from that state after they enforced their laws and created some new ones.

P.S------------ I am surprised that a lot of people choose option 6----------not only send the illegals back(via enforcing laws like OK and AZ state or you can 'imagine deporting them') but also reduce LEGAL immigration.

Nope, its not a joke, Middle America wants the laws enforced as written.
Middle America wants the politicians to stop telling us we are lazy and don't do those kinda jobs.
Middle America wants a system of legal immigration that is fair and equitable for all and not the few.
Middle America wants the Catholic church to stop telling us we are wicked and going to hell because we don't want illegals here
Middle America wonders whats in it for the Catholic Church.
Middle America wants the Republican party to stop telling us that business needs these workers.
Middle America wants the Democratic party to stop telling us we are mean spirited and that culture and diversity is a good thing.
Middle America is tired of all the lies and is striking back.............Is there any part of that you don't understand?

And; this 50 YO Biker/Hippie/Redneck lookin' individual is a likin' 'Middle America' values more and more

In all fairness though; mainstream values do change------usually for the better. Read that diminishing racism, less tolerance for heavy drinking, etc.

And it is rightful that values do change. THings accepted by our parents we no longer accept or encourage.
We make consciouses efforts to instill newer values into our children.
For example. Slavery is not good. It took several generations but each generation did step away from that.
Drinking and driving is less acceptable today than it was 50 years ago.
Smoking is another example as is racism

Deporting or the OK state alternative(more effective and more sane). Oklahoma law blamed for Hispanic exodus - Race & ethnicity - MSNBC.com

You can't deport 12 million people.

Example, even if we deport 1000 people(good luck finding them and rounding them off at this pace-------great T.V and publicity nightmare) from U.S to Mexico each day, it would take 32 years to do this.

1000 (people)* 365(days) *(Years) 32 = 12 million (approx)
2000 * 365 * 16 = 12 Million (approx)

You know what???

When that flood happened in New Orleans how many people got out of Dodge before the hurricane hit? How many were left behind? Where did they go?

Weren't there FEMA trailers and such? I remember that 200k people got out of there in 18 hours!

We are the United States of America and when we put our minds to something we ACHEIVE IT!

Weren't there internment camps during WW2?

I don't want to hear any baloney about how it's going to take 32 years.

It's simply not true.
