I don't think crossing the border illegally is such a big deal. If they want to be Americans and not just invaders, then there should be ways to assimilate the new comers already here - Make English the official language. Teach them about America. That goes for everyone, not just Mexicans. Frankly, I'm way more concerned about Islam riding the coat tails.

The Muslim world ain't well liked and; they've been knocked down several times by the US. For every American that's been killed; we've killed maybe 150 of them.

We are a nation of laws so yes it is a big deal to violate them. I suggest you research the devastating affects to our own citizens in regards to illegal immigration. They need to go back home and apply to come back legally as legal immigrants do. The process doesn't begin on our soil. There are good reasons why we have annual quotas for legal immigration.

Maybe President-elect Trump should have his team look into this. Liberals and any other pesky opponents who deserve a good kicking could be made non-citizens with a law like this!
