Attitudes change and; it's time for illegal aliens to leave. Period. In 1996 not nearly as many of us wanted their despicable kind arrested and deported on sight.

I sorry to say but for everyone thinks that all illegals are simply going to pack up and leave are fooling themselves. The amount of time if possible would take 20 yrs if not more deport all of them. 11.5 million is a rather large number and border patrol and police cannot round up that many people. Not only that people have kids here, you cannot break the 14th Amendment.

I would love to see a stop in illegal immigration, but I suggest like Trump stating is give the hard working illegals with no criminal background citizenship and kick out the criminals that has caused violent acts. Problem solved.

No illegals should be allowed our citizenship or legalization. They are hard working at a job that was stolen from an American and many of them just haven't been caught at the crime of stealing a SS number to work yet. Amnesty didn't solve the problem back in in 1986 it just accelerated it.

Many would pack up and leave if all of the incentives were removed for them to remain here. There won't be any round up. Illegals aliens who have minor so-called U.S. citizen kids should take their kids with them voluntarily if they are decent, loving parents. If they choose not to they can leave them with a relative. How is that breaking the 14th Amendment?

14th CAN be changed and; the US ain't gonna catch and deport every illegal alien. But; MOST will leave or get kicked out with the hard heads getting real quiet.

Cities themselves get little direct funding from the Feds, it goes through the States. Withhold Federal funds from the States and they will not like the power play, what happens when they refuse to collect federal taxes, hmmm.

Because the government let them in decades ago, now many have us-born children and live here. You can't just pick them up and throw them out of the country - America is better than that, even WITH Fuhrer Trump.

Btw Trump himself has ALREADY backtracked on his claims (big surprise)! He is only planning to deport the convicted criminals and and said that "after everything gets normalized, the fate of terrific people who remain in the country illegally will be decided". In other words they stay!
