This video surfaced of Clinton wanting to rid illegal immigrants. Now his strategy did not work to his advantage and there were still large numbers of illegals entering the US and not being caught. So what makes everyone think Trump will be successful?
I am for strict enforcement of laws that have been ignored by lazy, good-for-nothing leaders in our country for more than 30 years.
Just because Jeb Bush's wife is from Mexico should not mean that we let anyone who is from her country come over the border and stay forever.
It is like the lady who made the dispenser for toilet paper because her daughter was using too much. Couldn't she have taught the daughter how to use the right amount instead of inconveniencing the whole rest of the country with those horrible dispensers?
Our immigration laws should have been enforced instead of ignored when Reagan was in office and beyond. Amnesty gave encouragement and made the problem worse.
The nation's undocumented immigrants -- approximately 11 million by a 2014 Pew Research estimate -- could be made a priority for deportation as a result of the executive order signed by President Donald Trump Wednesday, according to legal experts.
The order delineates several categories of undocumented immigrants who are priority for removal from the United States including those who have been "charged with any criminal offense" or those who have "committed acts that constitute as a chargeable offense."
Before mass deportations let's offer any illegal person in the USA the opportunity to come forward, admit their crime, and if they haven't caused any problems and consistently worked get to pay a fine and renew their green card or visa. No citizenship for them but the chance to stay if they continue to not cause problems. After the amnesty period is over anyone caught here illegally should be deported no matter what.
We have immigration quotas.
Why should people who thought so little for our laws be put ahead of those that have FOLLOWED the laws and have been waiting, sometimes for YEARS to get accepted to come here?
They BROKE OUR LAWS. We should NOT REWARD them for doing so!

So we should reward them for their crimes, their disregard for our rights as a nation? WE already tried the amnesty deal. How has that panned out?
This is going to be great and will allow millions of poor legal residents of America to get a decent job, pay raise, medical insurance, housing, step up in life.
Thank you President Trump.
I agree!
