I was in Los Angeles and it is amazing how extreme liberalism by their city officials is basically ruining their city.

Just so happy, there is a president and commander and chief, United States House and Senate that rule the roost in America today.

I also love the fact that unlike Eric Garcetti, the brand-new attorney general Jeff Sessions has been alerting the public about illegals for years.

They know have a never ending flea-market on the sidewalk in Westlake Los Angeles with block after block of many illegal immigrants merchandise.

It's clear as day that their mayor wants to run his city like a 3rd world country.

Can't even walk down the street because of all these businesses on the street.

I saw dozens and dozens of illegal immigrants selling medicines and also they black bags with questionable pills.

I can say 100% in the conservative cities that I have been to in Wyoming, Nebraska and North Dakota that if people were selling pills out of a garbage bag they would police swarming the area and charges being filed.

The police basically driving by and looking the other way.

They also had people making juices with fruits of veggies out of trash bags for the public, but since they are illegal immigrants no need for regulation as many are illegals and above the law.

I guess I will have to take my trips only to San Diego as it has a law and order Republican mayor and a beautiful, clean downtown and not miles of people are in the country illegal selling rotten food and medicines.

Thanks for a view of reality. It's sad that it's like that there, but many big cities are like that. It's just that way. I also would never want to live somewhere like that. Sounds like LA is just like a Mexican City. I hope you enjoy San Diego, that sounds like a nice city.

Desert Rose: The local police could care less about this. it is just part of their city. The have people in charge of the city that don't care about enforcing Federal Law. The only way things like this can change:

Trump administration can give the authority back to ICE and Border Patrol to do their jobs. When this happens, ICE can start rolling on the streets and run Raids again. ICE could raid work places, and markets like Lovecrowds decribed. This actually happened when Bush was President. Illegal places of business were raided, and hundreds were arrested at a time.

It's sad that for years, the law has not been enforced, and this is what happens. So, we just have to wait and see, if Trump and the Homeland Security Chief give the power back to Federal Officers things can change...
