Would you pay a bank a large fee just to feel safer? If the banks follow the law, then your money is already protected.

The raids in CA have been routine. Every immigration official said there have been raids for years, including during the Obama administration, but they're only getting this much attention because of the new president.
There has been fake outrage on both sides, however. Immigration Rights Activists are blaming Trump to spark anger and protests and, as apparent by these threads, his supporters are willing to eat it up, since they want to believe Trump is actually accomplishing something as POTUS. As I've written many times, a lot of people were deported during the Obama administration, more than 2 million.

They JUST had a panel on telling everyone how this was NOT routine and how this "new development" was "troubling".
The ONE right wing guy on the panel was saying exactly what you guys are arguing, but the rest of the panel wouldn't hear any of it and insisted THIS was different and sinister.

And yours is false too... In actuality when you take your cash into the bank it is put in a LOCKED drawer, which then is stored each night in a LOCKED vault, until it is bundled and put in a large LOCKED cash handling bag, and goes into a LOCKED Brinks (or Brinks like) truck where it goes to the LOCKED Fed and once again put in a LOCKED vault.
