If the wall discourages 50% of them which is 10 million by your estimation it's still an enormous problem. We would still need funding to deal with the same problem.

Take all the money to build the wall and hire more border enforcement, ICE agents and enforce the immigration laws in place.. Stopping them from expecting to get away with it will stop illegal immigration.

The wasted time to find funding for the wall would be better spent building a passable budget to strengthen the forces in place.

I disagree. Even if the wall would only stop 50% of them from getting in here in the first place it's well worth it. If you want I can re-post the links denoting how well the good walls work already in place. They cut back illegal entry by way more than 50%. A good physical barrier helps the Border Patrol do their jobs more effectively.

If I had my way I would finish the approved wall that wasn't built and fix the troubled areas not campaign for the whole length.

Double the border patrol agents and give them all the equipment they need. I would push for Drones and armed watch towers.

Fine the hell out of every business that hires them. Follow up on all the expired visas. Talk with all the schools where their kids go.

Talk to central and South America to get them to stop coming here.

Get our kids off drugs and instill a strong work ethic so they can join the workforce when the illegals leave.

Basicly get our deadbeat government to get to work!

Agreed, but I would add. Fine every individual who hires an illegal. Not just business owners. I would also require E-Verify for landlords. Fine any landlord with an illegal living on or in their property.

Trump is no longer campaigning to build a wall along the entire border. Yes, we should finish the double wall already approved by congress back in 2006 and make improvements on the other fencing already in place. I pretty much agree with you on all of your other points also.
