MEXICO CITY Jesus Velasquez doesn't want to move to the United States . He fears, however, that he may have to if he loses his job selling avocados. Velasquez, 36, says he and his family have benefited from the North American Free Trade Agreement. For him, the alternative is to immigrate to the United States .

If Velasquez comes here legally, fair enough.

If he tries the 'illegal immigrant' path-------I hope that our worthless lickspittle 'government' grows some balls and locks up all of his kind regardless of race/ethnicity in tent cities in, say North Dakota.

Before anyone accuses me of being sadistic; tents are good enough for our American Armed Forces-------they are most certainly good enough for illegal immigrants and their enablers

This is nothing but scare tactic propaganda from mexico. Losing NAFTA would be horrible for that country but I doubt it would drastically increase the number of people trying to come over illegally. And even if it did, it's nothing that proper border security couldn't prevent anyway. Someone down there thinks the American people are really stupid and easily swayed by the threat of illegals.

I have read several accounts where illegal aliens in this country claim that NAFTA's failure is what has driven them here by the millions. Conclusion: Somebody is lying.
