With all the known problems with the growing number of illegal immigrants flooding into the country why do we continue to create safe harbor laws which provide substantial incentives to illegally come to America?
California is a case-in-point. Why aren't the citizens who pay over $500,000 for a 4 or 5 room ranch and are taxed to death livid over the confiscation of their hard-earned money to fund a non-citizen's illegal behavior?
Voters wake up. Go to the poles. Demand change. Eliminate the funding and incentives.
No child should be allowed to enroll in school unless their parent can provide a birth certificate proving that they were born here or proving that they are American citizens or have a legitimate Green Card period.

Do you really want all of the illegal children in this country out on the streets rather than in school? I mean *really*, could anyone be that naive?

We don't want them on the streets. We want them out of the country.

Round 'em up along with their illegal parents and deport the whole group.
Till the people in question are tossed out; set up internment camps AKA tent cities surrounded by barbed wire/armed guards as holding centers.
As for those children who are US born Anchor Babies; if they can be released into the custody of either legal residents or US citizens, they would obviously be free to do as they please (within the constraints of truancy laws, etc).
Needless to say: once the Anchor Baby rule is changed (it will be soon); those Anchors born prior to the arbitrary cutoff date would be grandfathered in as citizens------as for the later arrivals, oh well.

They can go back to their own countries and be on the streets or go to school, or whatever, I don't care. They are ruining education for OUR own citizens' children.

Actually it would be a great idea! That way they would be easier to find and deport.
P.S. Thanks to sanctuary cities and states I'm sure many illegals are voting. Many precints only need a drivers license to vote.......Another reason illegals need to be gone.

And places like Nm do not make people show ID to vote. I know for a fact that illegals have voted in NM, not many when I knew about it, but they do in fact vote. That state also has a lot of other election fraud that goes on all over, mostly by the Democrats.

I just received a FAIR newsletter stating that more amnesty legislation is in the works. Apparently, Joe Baca (D-CA) head of the Hispanic Caucus wants to insert legislation into the SAVE Act that would allow illegals to jump to the head of the legal immigration line by being awarded 5-year visas. (You can check the FAIR website. Then, call your reps in WA.)
I also read an L.A. Times article a few days ago stating that the CA Assembly will not agree to the proposed budget until an additional $5 Billion gets squeezed out of tax payers to pay for "education."
