You do realize that the quoted statutes have nothing to do with what the cities are doing..right?

It is not the job of the city or State to enforce Federal law..it is the job of the Federal LEA. ICE is free to arrest any illegal they want...as soon as they are released from jail..but the city has no legal obligation to notify.

I would suggest stakeouts on the churches that harbor..and on the employers that hire..if I were Sessions.

Actually, it does. Read the parts I cited. Says nothing about doing the Fed Gov's or ICE's job.

I think it is their job to cooperate. It's not their job to cry, "it's not my job!".

CA just passed their Sanctuary State Bill...not a surprise. But a sad day for law abiding legal citizens.
