CINCINNATI An attorney says U.S. immigration authorities have refused to halt deportation for a Mexican mother of four U.S.-born children.

Attorney Kathleen Kersh says the Board of Immigration Appeals denied an emergency stay for Maribel Trujillo-Diaz. Kersh, of Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, says the woman faces deportation as early as Tuesday.

Feds won’t halt deportation of Mexican mom of 4 U.S.-born kids | The Seattle Times

It's on YOU, Ms Diaz; for trying to play the system then getting bit.

There is nothing to stop this mother or any other person from taking their US born children with them.

I read her story before about running to escape gangbangers and the cartels 15 years ago...but as soon as she arrived here she became an anchor baby making machine. I don't buy the bs story and neither did the courts. Time to go back...could have made arrangements before being detained.

why it take so long to get someone deported...at least its finally over. There should be no appealing or excuses after a final order is given.

So, where is the father? Has she been working as a prostitute? Immaculate conception? My guess is that the sperm donor is probably bringing in an income under-the-table and they were collecting welfare benefits for the kids, not a bad income at all.

This is one welfare momma that we don't have to keep on the rolls, send her back. I hope she takes her anchors with her and spreads what I already knew: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...=.3b63cb5cb96a

As an American I'm disgusted by the BIA ruling. Here you have a mother whose only strike against her is being illegal.

As an American, I think it's great. The woman broke the law AND tried to flip off the US by having 4 anchor kids. She's despicable.

Punishment for speeding is a $250 ticket.
Punishment for entering a country illegally is deportation.
