DACA kids are staying here as long as they don't have criminal records.

Have you noticed Trump marked policy change on the issue since he arrived in office? Some of his base (people like you and others here) are upset with this dithering and his positive comments about taking care of them. DACA recipients would be the easiest people to go after because the government has relatively current information on them yet we are not hearing about them being singled out as a group.

Chaz Bono. And, yes, start there. S/he already knew his/her employee was illegal. It wasn't even as if the illegal was using a stolen/forged ID and SS#. The employee was BLATANTLY illegal, and all Chaz cared about was keeping the cheap illegal labor.

They shouldn't be able to stay. They're illegal, as well. Deport them, ASAP!

Only one of the many detained has been deported so far. The rest released even with accused crimes. Speaks volumes so far. I just wish that the administration would decide and not waffle the way they seem to be.

How much more simple could it be? They aren't US citizens.

Do you really know that for a fact? Just because there isn't a big news story on liberal media and a protest or building burned down, that doesn't mean they aren't being deported. Detaining and deporting is not reported in the news every time it happens.

I think Trump is being generous in dragging this out giving them time to unite and go home. If detained and deported, they'll most likely legally step foot in our country again. If they leave on their own, it will be a different story unless they are "wanted" by law enforcement.

Maybe deep down, Obama realized how illegal aliens hurt blacks in America and wanted to make it easy to gather them up and boot them out of the country when someone stepped up willing to take the heat for taking away the cheap labor. Obama was a puppet, but maybe he figured out a way to help and slip it by his puppet masters.

As far as we know. The DACA community is very tight and into informing each other about what's going on. Some are leaving on their own but the sentiment seems to be stuck it out to the end.

But they are releasing those caught with DACA, unsure about any others.
