I agree with her position on so-called "sanctuary cities" 100% These Mayors are in violation of the U.S. Constitution and their Oath of Office, where they swore to uphold the law and the Constitution (which their States ratified, and which gives the Federal Government the authority to set immigration policy).

Harboring fugitives is a Federal crime.
If they're released or ICE turns down the chance to get them are they fugitives?

We do not all have to agree. It is IMPORTANT we act civil. This world would be very be a disaster if we all agreed. I do NOT like her abrupt personality. My opinion has the nothing to with her ability as an "ATTORNEY" I am glad you like her!

Absolute nonsense, no one is harboring fugitives, state and local officials do not have to enforce federal law.
