The only way to become legal for an illegal is and should be to go back and follow the rules and come back the legal way.
Many who haven't been caught should go back and leave and maybe they will get away by not disclosing that they were ever here to avoid the 10 year ban.

The Right Wing never lets good sense get in the way. If we wished to devote 50 or 100 billion dollars, take ten years and put up with a huge social upheaval with neighborhoods burned and people killed we might be able to do it. And that ignores the fact the national consensus is against doing so.

Who's gonna be burning neighborhoods? I don't think it'd be the illegals cause that WOULD be an Act of War which would bring out our Armed Forces "locked and loaded" with the survivors being put in detention camps.

Look at the crimes some of them commit! I suspect many have criminals records in their own countries for child rape, drunk driving, etc. probably murder. I mean, do they illegally enter our country and suddenly become pedophile? Most likely not. A drunk? Most likely not. A murderer? Most likely not.
Most being deported now had removal orders and they ran, cheating the law just like they did by entering illegally or overstaying visas. 84% don't show up for their final hearings, so do we need to eliminate due process for them? If we legalize them, that is the penalty to every American citizen and every person on the waiting list to immigrate into the US legally. After they were legalized, they would step up coming in again waiting for their turn to cheat the system while cheating the system by sucking down services meant for US citizens and legal immigrants.
Sorry, the immigration attorneys and other exploiters will just have to clean up their acts and do the right thing for a change.
