My guess is the husband files for citizenship, files a waiver and she will be back within 2-3 years

This is fricking heartless. People celebrating this should be ashamed of themselves.

I'm ashamed at the US government protecting illegal aliens.

You come off as a simpleton because you think the world functions in binary mode. There are exceptions to a lot of circumstances and you cannot have a rigid position on everything. By your reasoning, someone who escape Syria and crossed in the US illegally should be arrested and deported. Frankly, that's a inhumane approach and un-American.

Yes, if someone came from Syria via the Mexican border, they should be deported. In fact, many Syrians who overstayed visas have showed up at the Canadian border because they feared that their time was running out here.

You are free to open your own home to illegals. What's stopping you?

Thank God you and people of similar thinking were not in charge of the INS in the 30s & 40s when the Jews were escaping persecution and seeking refuge in the US. You're a very callous individual but I know you will come around eventually.

And how many legal aliens are you supporting in your home?
As a former legal alien (now American citizen), legals don't need support from you OR the person you were talking to ref: your question above.

Legal immigrants have already demonstrated that they have the financial resources and employment skills necessary so as to not become a financial burden to their adopted country. They have also been finger printed, FBI background checked, medical checked, and their education/professional background/family history/criminal history/residency background have all been investigated.

So your question is..............mute.

It ain't rocket science. Presidents in the past (both sides of the aisle) have been unwilling to enforce the laws on the books. You don't like that - blame presidents in the past. THIS president is willing to enforce the laws on the books. You should be grateful that we now have a president who demonstrates a willingness and an ability to enforce our laws.

He will and he can. THAT'S simple.

No they don't. They're not willing. people like this like the IDEA of harboring illegals and refugees but they don't like the REALITY of what it takes.

For all the people crying, be happy Homeland security doesn't raid the school data bases on California schools. in LA county schools alone they would clear out about 300,000 folks. Its great to finally be on the winning team

How is it heartless? She was sent back to her home country, not a prison camp in Siberia. What's heartless is exploiting your own young children ("But my kids were born here so they're American citizens!") so you can break the law.
