City violations can be anything from an uncleared icy sidewalk to a weedy lawn. They are generally not considered deportable offenses. The rest of the stuff is all traffic tickets.
I agree. If women say no to men requesting sex you're going to end up with rapes.
I guess you can argue that all crimes are a result of having those pesky laws making things illegal.

And much of the war on drugs illustrates the point. Making pot illegal simply creates a criminal class that otherwise would not exist...and now we are simply going to do away with that crime thereby reducing crime by large amounts.

And rape has the property of one individual asserting a right to compel performance of an act another does not wish to do. A violation of another's rights. Law has nothing to do with the basic act.

So we should give everyone a DL and never revoke anyone's DL and there will be way fewer accidents.
CA used a study showing a correlation between unlicensed drivers and higher traffic accidents in general. Thus far studies have not shown that issuing driving privileges to illegals has decreased traffic accidents or increased insured motorists.

She is among a growing number of undocumented immigrants without a criminal record whose families are being separated by more aggressive immigration enforcement under the administration of President Donald Trump, according to immigrant advocates.
Their families are being "torn apart" by their own decisions. NO ONE else is doing that to them. They choose to overstay, or enter illegally. It's her own fault her family is "torn apart".

The fact that she was in the country ILLEGALLY means she did have a crime. ILLEGAL. Do you understand that word?

No. This is heartless:

Constantino Acosta-Banda, 38, is charged with hit-and-run causing permanent injury, DUI causing great bodily injury and driving without a license.

Federal immigration officials said the defendant has been deported from the United States at least 15 times over the past 15 years, most recently on Jan. 18.
Anyone who supports illegal aliens should be ashamed of themselves.

There is no indication she ever committed a crime. She was ordered deported when she was eleven well short of the point at which she could have any criminal liability.

She was clearly deportable but was a very unlikely candidate. And I would think at this point the odds would clearly favor her staying.

If it ever gets to the state where we are seriously attempting to deport all those deportable it might make some sense. That is when we have committed the necessary billions and hired the thousands of people. In the interim it makes no sense. She will be expensive to deport and will likely be back in a few years.

I would have thought the Feds would have sent this guy up for 10 or 15 years many years ago.

So this is really a breakdown in law enforcement.

And again it is anecdotal. If you deport all the illegals crime rates go up not down.

Illegal entry is a crime. She entered this country illegally.

There is no unlikely candidate for deportation if they entered the US illegally and are residing in the US illegally.

The article states she entered with a visa thus not illegally. Still deportable regardless
