Since you seem to know so much about it, why don't you tell me? And while you are at it bring some proof

That is funny considering that Obama supporters blasted Bush for almost all of Obama term in office. And FYI Trump gives all his presidential salary to charity. While Obama shops wall street for $400K per speech money.

It's about jobs it's always been about jobs when you say something like that it sounds like you are being an apologist for Trump and republican politicians who won't fight for e-verify
Its democrats who are vocal against e-verify as being racist.

Yes and since during the eight years of the Obama administration e-verify was not a top priority.

At the present e-verity is voluntary but legislation has being introduced to make it mandatory.

Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley introduced a bill Tuesday (Jan 24th) requiring all employers to use the now-voluntary, internet-based E-Verify system to certify employee immigration status and terminate anyone who fails the test. The chairman of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary introduced the Accountability Through Electronic Verification Act before, but its chances of passing are far greater with Republican majorities in Congress and Republican President Donald Trump — who campaigned on stricter immigration policies — in the White House.

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A comparison of records by David Goldstein, investigative reporter for CBS2/KCAL9, has revealed hundreds of so-called dead voters in Southern California, a vast majority of them in Los Angeles County.
“He took a lot of time choosing his candidates,” said Annette Givans of her father, John Cenkner.
Cenkner died in Palmdale in 2003. Despite this, records show that he somehow voted from the grave in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2010.
But he’s not the only one.
CBS2 compared millions of voting records from the California Secretary of State’s office with death records from the Social Security Administration and found hundreds of so-called dead voters.
Specifically, 265 in Southern California and a vast majority of them, 215, in Los Angeles County alone.

This story by CBS was just in the LA area. Image what it is in the entire country.

That bill died in committee but it was reintroduced this year: https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-...ll/179/actions And it looks like it might die there too...I can't really explain that because with a Republican controlled congress Dems have no power to kill a bill in committee

Things are not always black and white, in a Republican run Government where Democrats have virtually no power, the reason an e-verify bill can't get passed is because business interests don't want it to pass: Business Interests Seek to Undermine E-Verify’s Effectiveness | Immigration Reform Blog

yep..imagine! 215 dead voters still registered out of 4.7 million registered voters in LA County— you’re talking about an error rate that’s .0000453 percent, and of that 215, 32 actually cast votes but we aren't sure of that because there is another complication (mentioned in your link) where a Junior voted and the reporter counted that as his dead father voting. https://ww2.kqed.org/news/2016/06/05...rom-the-grave/

so..it's bascially a nothingburger

Your original claim was Trump supporters. Most Trump supporters are opposed to illegals and those who support them. It's the left that supports illegals and a path to citizenship.
Had you ever bothered reading my previous posts you would have known that my position on immigration has been consistent for the past several years, sorry I don't fit your stereotype.

And, in other news, many other criminals committed crimes today and were apprehended by the authorities.
