GRAND RAPIDS, MI - The leader of nationwide credit-card skimming crew caught in West Michigan was sentenced Monday, May 15, to 12 years in federal prison.

Antonio DeJesus Perez-Martinez, 44, of Austin, Texas, was convicted by a federal jury of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, credit-card fraud and aggravated identify theft.

Another Cuban criminal same as that guy from Colorado who got out of a 98 year prison term because the governor playing politics. Colorado governor pardons man, but ICE still holds him - CNN.com
