Note that Vegas appears to be losing Hispnanics at a great rate do to the economy..particularly residental construction. It is particular interesting in that the same loss of immigrants in Phoenix is ascribed to the anti-immigration laws. Hmm

Actually, because like other states, the economy has taken a hit - sales tax revenues have gone done - building permits (home building is down) yet expenses for infrastructure (roads, libraries, public safety etc) continue to go up. There is also the continuing population increases as well -
Revenues are down - and only a fraction are being caused by illegals leaving
