A Queens woman tried to block federal immigration officers from arresting her Guyanese husband Tuesday morning, prompting a standoff when neighbors started ripping President Trump, law-enforcement sources said.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers went to detain the woman’s illegal-immigrant husband, Hardat Sampat, after he had been released from jail on burglary and other charges, sources said.

As a law and order person, I'm strongly against people interfering with police apprehending felons. ICE should focus exclusively on arresting, detaining and removing these illegal felons. ICE, however, should not target nor process for removal, illegals with no criminal records.

No they absolutely need to target anyone here illegally. That is their job.

And our priorities are deporting illegals and building the wall to prevent more from sneaking into the country

Sure we all disregard our job descriptions to do only part of a job. That works well in the real world. The reason we have 11 million plus illegals is from doing what you suggest. That and poorly written employment verification laws.
Immigration reform needs to include Mandatory E-Verify for all employers, landlords, schools and government services. No welfare check should be sent to a family with an illegal member.

"the illegal aliens there WILL start freaking like as in real soon,"

Who cares!

Lock them up the blockers for obstruction of justice, air it on the alphabet TV and this nonsense will stop, arrest the illegals and deport them,
