I am confused still as to why it matters what they yell. If you aren't breaking any laws, you don't have to worry about who is at the door. What is going on in the minds of the illegal aliens when it comes to this? Are the local police not a threat to them and ICE is? I can't figure it out.
I don't care if ICE poses as illegals, liberal mayors or police officers. If it helps them catch illegals I am for it. I also have no problem if they pose as priests and set up a fake church that offers free handouts to illegals.

SO we should throw out the law and due process in the name of apprehending illegals? I agree that illegals who are public safety threats should be rounded up and deported. However, we should provide a way for the others to become Americans. This is the way forward whether you support it or not.
ICE agents are not police officers and should not call themselves that. FBI agents are not police officers; that is why they shout out "FBI" and not "Police" when they announce themselves.

Rewarding unwanted behavior is never the solution. What due process am I throwing out? Law enforcement posing as someone else is a common practice. They even put our bait cars to draw car thieves. What law am I advocating be broken?

What law is violated by Law enforcement going under cover? Whether you agree with it or not Law enforcement uses undercover cops every day. I think you are against because you support illegal immigration.

There is a way, let them go back where they came from and apply to come in like every LEGAL alien has done for many years, my wife being one of them. I am not against LEGAL immigration, I am against invaders and the people who support them.
No law is violated. Officers are allowed to use a ruse to apprehend fugitives or suspects. You must know the law before you make statements.
Hadn't thought of it that way. So, if I were an ICE agent and of the cultural background of a particular set of illegal aliens, I guess I could play along, get inside and move the deportation along with facts and figures. I was thinking of the police and how they pose as "johns" or someone looking to buy illegal drugs, and all of those without a warning where they shout out they are law enforcement before the action begins.

It's a public safety threat when illegal aliens us fake or stolen SS numbers to work here or work for cash evading taxes as those are crimes. Many just haven't been caught and convicted yet. How do Americans get their jobs back if illegal aliens are allowed to remain here and retain them? How does rewarding them not encourage more to come here? It was proven that it does after the 1986 amnesty. That's not moving forward that's moving backwards.
