Just as the title says, are you for or against immigration (both legal and illegal) from Central America?

Legal immigration is fine be it Central America, Mexico, or any other nation.

Illegal immigration is NOT acceptable--------no matter the source.

Central America? Doesn't bother ME....Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska.....most Central Americans are "good folks", and they're "willin' to do the work Californians WON'T do"....

( I don't even object to Middle Easterners. Maryland, New Jersey, and Delaware have some VERY fine people, and they're welcome here ANYTIME...)

I chose Central America because the greatest number of people migrating to the U.S. are from this area.

I'll be the meanie and say that we should limit legal immigration from Central America as well the other regions of the world. Illegal immigration should never be tolerated.

From the period of 1968 to 1993, it is estimated that 16.7 million immigrants entered the country legally. Of these 16.7 million legal immigrants nearly 85% were from the Third World. This percentage is composed of nearly 50% legal immigrants that came from the Caribbean and Latin America and about a third came from the Asia region.
No, I am not in favor of more immigration from Latin America. We need more European immigrants. Most European immigrants are educated and easily assimilate into American culture.

SOME people would say European immigrants are a whole lot WHITER than others, too. (notice that I would never say it...but SOME people might be tempted to cite that obvious fact)...and THOSE folks might be tempted to think that THAT FACT accounted for your stated 'preference' for Europeans....NOT the fact that they're "educated" or "easily assimilated"......in FACT, some folks might go so far as to insist that it was the WHITENESS of the Europeans alone, and not their 'education', that MADE them seem more "assimilable' in your mind. (Remember, I didn't say that !!).....

Smile when you say that: a 'European' today can be of any race or ethnicity.

Now; if you are referring to Western European culture, I do catch your drift-------and, I am of Eastern Euro heritage in part.
