DACA gives them legal status so they would be subject to the same rules that anyone else legally here would have. If a dreamer wanted to attend a school out of state they would also be subject to out-of-state rates, so they aren't getting any special privileges here. Your argument makes no sense

I'm sorry, but it makes perfect sense. They should be going to college at the out of state tuition level if they are allowed to go to college.
