Shutting down one of the most normally congested areas in LA the other day didn't win any converts to their cause.

Funny how opposition media portrays DACA people as college students, doctors, lawyers, etc. instead of unemployed, minimum wage workers, gang members.

They had a story on our local news last night about a woman that came here illegally from Mexico 25 years ago. She got caught doing something and was deported about 15 yrs ago, but came back illegally about 14 years ago. She is supposed to be deported today.
In her interview, she spoke only spanish. That pisses me off that you come here illegally and don't even try to learn english. She wants to stay because she brought her kids here and thinks it is unfair to send her back. Kids are DACA.
Story can be found on our local news station's website KVIA.com

Is this the story? US Airman's mother expecting deportation - KVIA
Oh, boo-hoo-hoo, she broke the law. Why should they learn English, did you know that Medicaid handbooks/phones/etc. all have an option for Spanish?

I couldn't believe all the other articles on that website, makes me never, ever want to pass through that area! They bring the crime with them and every other problem they claim to be trying to avoid.

Could be 10 years before she comes back. Planning ahead would help these people a lot. This is, for sure, one of the reasons that we need to send the WHOLE illegal families HOME, we want to KEEP THEM TOGETHER!
