Legalizing millions of illegal aliens will add them "permanently" to our work force and those already working will be able to retain those jobs that Americans have lost. If deported those same jobs will be open to Americans instead. I don't know how to make it any simpler.

Someone said something interesting to me some time back, neither the Dems and GOP want to see illegal aliens made citizens, because both sides have people who exploit them. They would have to get a whole new crop of illegals to exploit. The only exception I see is, remember Johnson and the Civil Rights thing where he made a comment that blacks would be voting for the Dem Party like forever after the Act passed, or words to that effect? I could see the Dems vying for that during Obama's reign of terror.

Too much money made off of illegal aliens for their to be a real drive to make them citizens unless it is for voting rights.
