So, in essence, California is deliberately trying to encourage evasion of our immigration laws? Why are they so hell bent on aiding and abetting illegals?
And workers need to be given 72 hours notice before a raid? Seriously? Who the heck wrote these laws? By definition a raid is something that happens with no prior notice.

Oh man if I were trump I'd get that wall built this year and after a massive hiring of ICE agents I'd send all 15,000 agents to California to do a massive round up...

Makes me sick to my stomach. If my wife and I were any younger and didn't have our families here we'd leave this hell hole of Calif.
Their 72 hour notice and warrants needed for immigration raids is meaningless. Federal law trumps State law. The Feds don't need to give anyone notice of a raid.
