Another fine upstanding illegal alien that the left says does not commit crimes. Just more reason we need a wall and we need to deport them all before more kill our citizens.

This shows how some illegal aliens disrespect our system and our citizens. Warning some profanity.

Nah, that's not it. Studies & statistical analyses say that immigrants to the US, documented & undocumented, tend to have lower rates of incarceration & violent crime.
See https://www.wsj.com/articles/the-myt...ime-1436916798

"They might start by pointing out that numerous studies going back more than a century have shown that immigrants—regardless of nationality or legal status—are less likely than the native population to commit violent crimes or to be incarcerated. A new report from the Immigration Policy Center notes that while the illegal immigrant population in the U.S. more than tripled between 1990 and 2013 to more than 11.2 million, “FBI data indicate that the violent crime rate declined 48%—which included falling rates of aggravated assault, robbery, rape, and murder. Likewise, the property crime rate fell 41%, including declining rates of motor vehicle theft, larceny/robbery, and burglary.”

"A separate IPC paper from 2007 explains that this is not a function of well-behaved high-skilled immigrants from India and China offsetting misdeeds of Latin American newcomers. The data show that “for every ethnic group without exception, incarceration rates among young men are lowest for immigrants,” according to the report. “This holds true especially for the Mexicans, Salvadorans, and Guatemalans who make up the bulk of the undocumented population.”

"It also holds true in states with large populations of illegal residents. A 2008 report by the Public Policy Institute of California found that immigrants are underrepresented in the prison system. “The incarceration rate for foreign-born adults is 297 per 100,000 in the population, compared [with] 813 per 100,000 for U.S.-born adults,” the study concludes. “The foreign-born, who make up roughly 35% of California’s adult population, constitute 17% of the state prison population.” "

(My emphasis - more @ the URL. There are lots of these articles, this is one of the first ones I found.)

Which makes sense. If people come here to work & send money back, or to save up & return themselves, they're trying to avoid detection, which means avoiding the police & immigration authorities. But if we have bad actors in the population, by all means - arrest them & prosecute them. If we could be sure they'd stay put in their native country, I'd say send them back immediately. If we want to be sure of their punishment - possibly capital in the case of the police @ hand - if found guilty of a capital crime, we should carry out the sentence.

We need to be very clear on our laws - murder is not acceptable. Rape, drug running - there's a whole list of crimes - are not acceptable. We may need the labor, we don't need random acts of crime, especially crimes against persons. Those crimes are bad for everyone, foreign & domestic, & the sooner we apprehend & prosecute any violators, the better.

I agree, we need to be VERY clear on our laws, ALL LAWS, and that includes immigration laws. Far too many Americans have suffered and proved beyond a "shadow of a doubt" why immigration laws were enacted in the first place.

Again, the Memorial for those that have lost their lives because of the presence of an illegal alien: Victims of Illegal Aliens Memorial and those that have lost their lives from US Border and Customs Protection: https://www.cbp.gov/about/in-memoria...died-line-duty

If these illegals cared about laws, they wouldn't be illegal. I have been watching ICE capture the fugitives who are wanted for murder in their own countries.

Immigrant or not, he's just pure evil!
Even if he's sent back home, he's a safety concern over there too....

One wonders why CNN which has no problem with it's "journalists" cursing in an effort to try to damage Trump over something he alleged said, will not air this fine example of illegal aliens Trump is trying to protect us from.

Because as you know, CNN is the fake news network, thus they are only interested in putting on fake negative Trump news, that video would show the world exactly what many illegals think of our system and our citizens.
