If any construction job isn't union of course it's low paying. And they don't even get benefits.

The pay is low because the illegal undercut the American a long time ago.

LOL.... it's only a matter of time before robots are doing that work anyway. Get rid of the cheap labor and you'll spur on another industry.

And that's really the point. People will be replaced by robots. So how about we stop having so many kids when they have no future.

Natalie, nice try at trying to shift the goalposts. I worked for very short time as non union laborer back in the late 80's. What I was making then is not much less than what the illegals are accepting now. Furthermore this is also going to affect unionized construction workers as well.

No, it won't because unions take care of the middle class and always will.

Some laws are simply unjust and violate human rights and dignity. I don’t fetishize “law and order” unlike so many petty tyrants and authoritarians.
So...you're equating slavery with illegal immigration No one forced illegals to come here and once here, no one forced them to work and continue to break our laws.

Every country in the world has been conquered at some point. Try finding a country that was never conquered. You won't be able to do so. If it upsets you so much, you can take a world tour and visit the graves of all the conquerors and yell at them.

You don't "fetishize laws". What the heck does that even mean? Does it mean that if you don't like a law, you just go and break it? What happens if you get arrested? Will your defense in court be that you don't fetishize laws? And you expect that to get you off the hook? Wow...just...wow.
