I had never thought of that way, but boy, that explains something, doesn't it?

Per the article, kind of the "meat" of the article:

"Hispanic immigration becomes less politically helpful with each generation. The Dem majorities grow thinner and less reliable. Hispanic immigration, unlike Islamic migration, produces diminishing political returns for its sponsors. The only solution to the retention problem lies with open borders."

The name of the website doesn't take away from the message, oh, but as I have noted before, liberals rarely go beyond the "headlines". Fear of the truth?

He didn't even get into it.

My family comes from a state that has always had a large population of Spanish origin, and they remember when there was no such thing as a "hispanic". There was no concept whatsoever that people who speak Spanish were an ethnic minority group. The notion of a "hispanic" group is totally new.

They INVENTED "hispanics" from whole cloth with a statistical directive. Most people of Spanish origin had always just been white. The term "hispanic" artificially made them into a minority group, and they exist as a demographic solely for the purpose of fake identity politics.

The "hispanic/latino" notion is such an objectively ridiculous concept that it's a wonder that anybody ever took it seriously. Why would a Spanish descendent be a minority? What sense does that make?

There are Hispanics here who's ancestors were only from Spain and they are white. Most of the Hispanics in our country are from Mexican or Central American roots and they are mostly a mix of Spanish and Indian. They are just partially white and called Mestizos.
