A Texas city council member is under pressure to resign from office after he published a racist comment in a public document, according to a report on MyFOXAustin.com.

'Laws' is probably an English name------although there are quite a few Hispanics with 'Anglo' surnames.

Bill Richardson is an example.

An elected government official who prefers to use a racist term on a city document and "feels" nothing is wrong with it? Would anyone feel the same way if it was racist terms for other races?
