We need a massive government reboot. At the same time own the problems we caused to put them behind us.
If someone is too cheap and lazy to do a background check for a new employee they are the problem. Plus, if they are that lazy to do it they don't have a voice when we have our hired professionals do it ICE and BP.

Employers in the US are prohibited by immigration rules from hiring those who are not legally authorized to work. including illegal aliens or foreign tourists.

This illustrates just how far to the left on immigration the liberal establishment has moved since the '90s and "00s. You'd think they would have toned it down since losing the 2016 presidential election to Trump but they've just doubled down.

I see you are in San Diego a hot bed for illegals. Do you have local small stores that are staffed solely with immigrants like in New Jersey?

My latest experience was in Atlantic City NJ, which I assume hires all legal documented employees. Our server at a casino was rude towards me and stalkerish to my girlfriend. The bathroom attendant yelled at me in his language after I left when I did nothing to provoke him.

There is a simmering divide in my area that many just want to ignore and just don't want to confront. You can only let it roll off and be understanding for so long. It's up to our government to enforce the laws in place and not go on his Reality Show Twitter rant to just fuel the divide.

Ya, in some parts of town. These are the businesses that need inspected and I'm sure the IRS would want to see what taxes they are paying. But, the heat is on and you won't see illegals holding up walls at home depot now. Just before the recession one might see 50 suspected illegals standing around the parking lot.

I noticed that here too they arent hanging around the local convenience store anymore.

I didn't like the creepy looks at all the women walking in and out. All the owner had to do was put up a "No Loitering" sign and tell the cops they get "Free Coffee", problem solved. That's what they did when I was a kid hanging around at night before all the home video games. Only to be sent there the next day to buy a gallon of milk! LOL It's these little unwritten life lessons that are all part of growing up in America that teach us social etiquette.

Much of the problem there has to do with not being able to ask, because it is termed "racial profiling" which we all know it is not when probably 90% of the illegals are of Hispanic/Latino origin. Plus, whiter than white, our family was stopped and asked for ID to show we were citizens when we went through that "thing" in El Paso when traveling a few times.

"Puth them behind us"? ICE is working on that.

I figured they had to make it that obvious so that some would have half of chance of getting the right answer!
