Is it OK for someone to sneak their kids into Disneyland without paying the entry fee?

I mean these kids that got in without paying will be a benefit to the park. They will end up paying for food in the park, maybe purchase Disney products in the park. I am thinking that Disney should let these kids stay in the park that sneak in.

Oh Wait, you can not sneak kids into Disneyland, because they have a fence around the place. They have security to keep people out. They have rules against trespassers.

And the park will remain over crowded.

Question: What is the dollar amount of payroll taxes paid by unauthorized workers and their employers for the latest tax year (2010) ?

Response: We estimate $13 billion in OASDI payroll taxes from unauthorized immigrant workers and their employers in 2010. This number reflects earnings for those with no recorded SSN, those who have obtained an SSN with fraudulent identification, and those with legitimate SSNs who have overstayed temporary visas.

data from this document from the Social Security Administration, dated 2013.

These folks are an integral part of our country and economy and should be offered a path to citizenship.

How about the costs to hospitals when people use the emergency room(including non- emergencies) and don't pay the bill.

Or the costs to school systems.

I bet you would change your tune if you SS number was used by an illegal immigrant.

If someone steals someone else's identity, whether they be an American citizen or not, there has to be consequences. If they're here illegally than out you go.

1. Those folks who are using SSNs are paying into a system that will never benefit them.

2. If a person has committed no other crimes, has a demonstrated history of steady employment, home ownership etc, then that persom should pay a fine and then put on a path to permanent residency

See, its all quite easy.
You only responded after having to be asked, otherwise you were going to ignore a very valid question, which you still didn't answer.

How many RNs do you know who are here illegally? Zero, would be your answer.

Many American citizens born here and those who are here legally, are never going to benefit either the SS system.

No, it's not all that easy.

Right but the Supreme Court just refused to hear the Trump administration's filing to overturn the 9th circuit blocking the end of DACA, so yeah...

"How about the costs to hospitals when people use the emergency room(including non- emergencies) and don't pay the bill."

Illegal immigrants are responsible for roughly 20 percent of the $2 billion in unreimbursed care that Southern California hospitals deliver each year. Even if you consider that factor, you have to conclude that it’s the larger problem of just simply having so many uninsured patients that is a key driver of rising hospital costs. article So, 1 in 5 people who present themselves to the ER and do not pay are illegal, while 4 out of 5 who do not pay are US Citizens.
.
[i]While there is significant opposition to immigration based in part on perceived healthcare utilization in certain groups, a recent article published in the Journal of General Internal Medicine suggested that undocumented immigrants provided a surplus of $35.1 billion to the Medicare Trust Fund between 2000 and 2011. The authors of this study challenged the notion that immigrants are a burden to the American health and public health systems. link to article

The study found that in 2011 alone, undocumented immigrants paid in $3.5 billion more than they needed in care. “Unauthorized immigrants generated an average surplus of $316 per capita to the Trust Fund, while other Americans generated a deficit of $106 per capita,” the study’s press release indicated.

If undocumented immigrants were allowed to get legal status and get on a path to citizenship like the one laid out in the Senate’s 2013 comprehensive immigration reform bill, the study estimated that the group at large could “contribute a cumulative surplus of $45.7 billion, as compared to $44.1 billion in the absence of this policy, from 2012 to 2019.”

Beyond Medicare, undocumented immigrants incur an estimated $5.5 billion in non-Medicare publicly funded health care expenses annually, but they also contribute to state and local taxes that help to offset those expenses. An Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy study found that undocumented immigrants paid an estimated $10.6 billion in 2010.

The Supreme Court is awaiting the 9th Circuit's decision. They will sit this one out until the lower court has made a decision on DACA. Trump's people went strait to the Supreme Court, which is allowed. The court then decides if the case should be handled by the lower court first. Realize that if the 9th Circuit does not do its job then the case will proceed to the Supreme Court.
