Attorney General Jeff Sessions is talking just now to California Peace Officers Association. Channel 5 and 11 and 790 AM carried it.
Federal law is the supreme law of the land, no nullification, no open borders. Calif. does not get to decide for the nation. CA does not get to ignore laws the politicians don't like.
Whats to stop the other 49 states to do what ever they want?
If Calif. says we can break laws why cant we all do what ever we want? I like to speed.
I don't know what sueing CA means, does it mean CA obey federal laws or what are they going to do. Not give CA money? Arrest and jail CA officials?

Illegals are useful. I'd rather they sued CA and other states over legalization of drugs.

I'm not sure what 'ILLEGALS' are useful for and I am all for 'LEGAL' immigration having several in my family.
First off these 'Undocumented International Travelers' have broken Federal law just by crossing our borders and that making all of them Criminals right off the bat, even those just hoping for a better life carrying packs with personal items and not the groups carrying 50-75 pound backpacks protected by armed Cartel guides. Living less than 1000 yards from the Mexican border I've had numerous encounters with both on my property. I've had property stolen, trashed, damaged and dogs beaten. Any more it's unusual for me to be unarmed when out and about for my own protection not knowing what may be encountered. 2 groups were reported crossing my property to the Border Patrol just this week and were apprehended. Not sure what their packs contained, Food, water and a change of clothes? Narcotics? Something more perilous? Regardless they were criminally trespassing on posted property and I'll let Border Patrol determine their immigration status. We have assisted many of them through the years providing sandwiches, water, shade or blankets as needed while waiting for BP to arrive. Some having been robbed or beaten for not paying their 'fees' or others left behind cause they couldn't keep up and were lost. So while I do have some compassion, I prefer that they come into this country legally and safely, vetted so we know who is here and their intentions else I find them useless rather than useful.

For what? Illegal votes? Doing hard labor for slave wages? Not paying taxes?

Do you have any clue how much tax payers subsidize the illegals so a select few can have cheap labor? I'm guessing you have skin in the game?
