Maybe we can keep them all in one place instead of a new thread for each, I will try to start the trend.

Shouldn't Americans and their families wishes and safety be above those of illegal aliens, well if the parents of those killed by illegals cannot pull at the heart strings of politicians then no one likely can. I hope they lock the mayor up for a long time.

'Angel families' want to see Oakland mayor prosecuted for thwarting ICE raids
The parents of children killed by illegal immigrants are demanding that the Trump administration take a tough stance against a California mayor who thwarted a federal immigration raid this month -- urging that she face consequences and even jail time.

Good to see that some, probably most people in Cali understand that laws are supposed to be followed, hopefully this will catch on so that more towns and cities who know it is wrong to protect illegals, take a stand.

Southern California town wants to exempt itself from sanctuary city law
The City of Los Alamitos will vote on an ordinancel that would exempt it from the sanctuary city law that council members say conflicts with federal law.

Members say that the state law “may be in direct conflict with federal laws and the Constitution,” not to mention going against the oath they took in taking office, The Orange County register reports.

How about focusing on illegals who have committed crimes first, instead of breaking up families by deporting random people, especially those who are working to support their families?

I think we should have a TV reality show where crimes by illegal aliens are reenacted and the victims talk about it.

There are so many people that refuse to see we have a problem because the Lefty media only promotes the positive stories about them such as "they only want to work and do the jobs Americans won't".

The sob stories of families being torn apart by Trump and ICE get the front page headlines while the victims of crimes by illegal aliens barely get a mention.

We need to change that to change the public's opinion of people that are breaking immigration laws.

Obviously in California government officials are not focusing on illegals aliens who commit crimes. When a major warns illegals that have committed crime to hide which allow those same illegal alien to be on the street committing more crime. Do you see a problem with doing that?
How about the illegal alien who caused a death in a hit and run accident in Denver who was released by Denver police with a small bail and then disappeared even after ICE asked the Denver Police to notify them.
I wonder how a bail bondsmen would even take the risk giving him money for bail.

According to the online survey of 1,098 California residents, 74 percent said “local authorities should not be able to ignore these federal requests,” and just 26 percent said authorities should be able to ignore such requests.
Republicans were the most opposed to sanctuary policies with 82 percent saying local officials should not be allowed to ignore detainers. A majority of Democrats and independents were also opposed — 73 percent and 71 percent, respectively.
“We found very broad-based opposition to the idea of sanctuary cities,” IGS Director Jack Citrin, a political science professor at UC-Berkeley said in a statement. “Californians want their local officials to abide by the requests of federal authorities.”
As for individual ethnic groups, 65 percent of Latinos said they opposed sanctuary policies. Seventy-five percent of Asians, 75 percent of African Americans and 80 percent of whites agreed.

How about we do both as they make themselves known? Illegal aliens are breaking the law by working here and supporting their families here. Why should families be broken up? The whole family can go back to their homelands together, family unseparated. Sorry, I am unmoved by their sob stories. If Americans break the law they are separated from their families by being incarcerated.

What? I can't follow what you're saying here. I don't believe that illegal immigrants commit more crime than citizens do.
