She’s free to go home to her kids. Her case will continue at the federal level

They ALL have little kids. It's their get-out-of-jail-free card.

The article doesn't mention how it ascertained that her children are citizens. Apparently the father is a citizen - must be, because two aliens can't make a citizen. Only a citizen can make another citizen - it says so right in the Constitution, "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" - although in the Wong Kim Ark case the court found that a lawful permanent resident is equivalent to a citizen.

Anyway, having relatives who are citizens, or simply having children at all, is not any kind of justifiable reason to be exempted from the law. If that were the case, we would have to turn most of our murderers and rapists loose this very minute.

Still no charges on the bogus claims. This bothers me far more than any individual here illegally.

The government is not going to "win" by going after the problem in this way as a few of us have noted for a long time now. Even if they deport her, there are 30 million plus more that get a hearing before they can be deported, in which case they simply come back afterwards.

If you have kids here, you are going to find a way back. The only reason you do not is if your livelyhood is removed.

They were probably born here and given birth certificates, just like the rest of them

Suuuure her case will go to the federal level...if they can find her.

Just like the hit and run illegal alien driver who killed an innocence driver in sanctuary city of Denver who was released on a low bail.....Never to be seen again.

And we will be seeing even more of this with detention beds being cut from the budget.

Evidence or source of the above? As far as I know the new budget has increased border and ICE money.
