You realize how triggering this is for the SJWs right?

They love illegal aliens more than Americans .

I can't say that I don't disagree with faster deportations. Yes I feel bad for families being broken up, but, you break our rule of law, you pay the price. No exceptions. (That includes Trump as well.)

As a side note, sorry slightly off topic but worth a mention. Our Indian friends came here following all of the rules and are now on the path to citizenship. They live in a complex that has a ton of H1B employees. The complex is starting to empty out because of Trump cracking down on H1B abuses. Don't fall over, but Kudos to Trump. I have to be fair about this because I see it as good news. They're taking their families with them too.

Wonderful thing metric are. If my math is right, that leaves about 3 and a half hours to adjudicate a single case. I truly hope Trump supporters find themselves in a situation where their homes, businesses, fortunes and livelihoods are decided in less than four hours should they run into a legal situation whatever it may be.

Might as well hand everyone in a court proceeding a Magic 8 Ball to decide their fate if you're in favor of really speeding things up.

Are illegal aliens guaranteed due process as if they are US citizens?

If not, while this might be a simple way to look at it but how about....this person is here illegally? Deport them...Next!

You're right Jack. I guess regardless of the circumstances if someone happens to accuse you of, let's say inappropriately touching a child, or maybe embezzlement if your expense account didn't pencil out, or just maybe you had to take a life defending your family or property and your lawyer can't convince a judge of your innocence in three hours or so, you have everything taken from you... well, them's the breaks. Appreciate the heads-up so I don't needlessly send you a sympathy card.

Hold up...I'm a law abiding US citizen and not an illegal alien. Wouldn't I have more recourse and more time to prove my innocence than 3 hours?

Maybe. Are you willing to have the precedent set?
