Vote for John Cox for governor and every other Republican on the ballot. Desperate times call for desperate measures. What have you got to lose?

Great news! So great to have our laws applied as written.

Someone should sue CA and take it to the Supreme court if needed to stop the insanity there.

The article is pretty clear. Anyone who wants them to get these benefits needs to encourage Congress to get off their butts and do something about DACA. Stop ignoring the law.

I wish someone would explain to me why we are treated as second-rate citizens while illegal aliens are welcomed in California. Of course, Brown will not allow the National Guard down on our southern border where many illegals just walk on through.

Bravo, Arizona!
Unfortunately, many Leftist that move here, want to bring their anti American views with them.

there is a definite down-side to this story, on closer reading.

"But DACA recipients may not have to pay the full non-resident rate. The Arizona Board of Regents approved a lower tuition rate in 2015 meant for non-residents who are Arizona high school graduates.

The rate is 150 percent of in-state tuition, which amounts to $14,751 next school year."

so illegals who graduate from AZ schools still get a much sweeter deal than the kid next door in new mexico or utah.
still, it's an improvement.

Poor things!

Arizona 'Dreamers' struggle after losing cheaper tuition

Quote:
David Montenegro worked part-time restaurant jobs and took advantage of Arizona's lower in-state tuition as he labored through years of college. Now a senior with the goal of becoming a teacher nearly in sight, the 29-year-old Mexico-born immigrant who arrived in the U.S. at age 11 faces a new hurdle.

Montenegro and more than 2,300 public college students around Arizona with deferred deportation status will have to pay thousands more for school in the fall under a state Supreme Court decision that deemed them ineligible for in-state tuition. Suddenly, they are scrambling to piece together private funding to continue their studies.

Or they can go to Norway for a free university education. Most over there speak English.

You betcha I will. If Gavin wins, then I am outta here. He is more liberal than Jerry Brown.

My brother has lived in Tucson since he was 19 and has no plans to ever come back. He was born in Sacramento, as was my sister.

I must bring this up while on the subject of California: The TV political ads for Democrats are touting how they will protect: (1) immigrants (liberal speak for illegal aliens), and (2) us from the Boogyman Trump. Can you imagine? Politicians promising they will have "immigrants' backs." Too bad native Californians are not mentioned!! Plus I find it distasteful to bring up anti-Trump sentiments in California political ads. Did the Republicans in other states pledge to go against Obama back in the day? (Yeah, yeah, I voted for Obama twice.)
