I can't help but wonder if the shooter was an illegal alien that failed to appear at his court hearing and ICE had to go round him up? The article doesn't say much about the shooter.

We had 2 recent cases where lenient liberal judges reduced bail and let violent people go and to thank them they both shot and killed 2 police officers that were trying to serve warrants. One was on Cape Cod and the other in Maine but the judge was from Mass.

In Texas it sounds like justice was served quickly. We need more of that not lenient judges giving these career criminals chance after chance until they murder someone.

It was an illegal alien for sure. Don't know if it was the target or the subject they were looking for on not.

Yes, hopefully. Finger crossed.

That said, the ACLU is known for court shopping. Whenever possible, cowards that they are, they use the Ninth Circuit Court. They know that the Ninth is filled with ultra left wing activist judges.

You fools that think this shooting will result in anybody suing need to know the facts. This is a justified shooting, and it's over. One less criminal on the street. Illegal aliens have no right to sue anybody anyway. There will be no hearing for anything!
