So if an illegal alien uses my social security number and a business pays the social security tax, does that boost my social security? Does that contribute more to social security funds? How could an illegal fraudulently claim my social security?
They can't but they can file a tax return using your name and SS# and thus screw things up for you, it happened to a friend of mine and then it took him over a year to get his own tax return.

Exactly yet only on illegals who work illegally but if they come here legally, then they should be able to send money they earned home and it should not be any of our business when they do.
This happened to a friend of mine in Idaho.
She is 66 and retired, but the IRS came after her with fines for not paying taxes on construction work in North Carolina.
She repeatedly showed the IRS all her info, but they were,so disinterested and incompetent, she had to hire a lawyer and it took her three years and $$ to resolve it.
Yep, it happened to me too only my fine was as a baggage worker at American Airlines. Took me a year to get it straightened out.
