So if illegals get amnesty, how many of them will actually continue to work after becoming eligible for government benefits?
Via their offspring, most already do. Free school, free school meals, after school programs. Most families biggest expenses are school, food and daycare. They get it free. Legalize them and take it another step. Insanity.

I think you need to define which specific "govement benefits" you're talking about. Then you need to prove empirically that people forgo work for these "benefits." I think the data proves otherwise; most people on welfare are working.

If the illegals get citizenship they'll qualify for Medicaid, Section 8 housing, food stamps, etc. And also other things like free Obama phones, their kids having free lunch at school, etc. I'm concerned about how we'll pay for all this since if the caravan is allowed in, all those people will be benefiting from these things even if they do also work!
Legalizing the millions of illegals also makes all of them eligible for taxpayer funded benefits while most illegals and anchor baby either don't pay taxes or pay very little given their low income. Another reason why legalizing these people is a drain on our country
