Wrong. I was just about to post the story. Don't get too happy IA huggers. That's one false story by an American. It doesn't excuse the perpetual rapes, drunk driving murders, shootings, and other miscellaneous criminal activity committed by illegal aliens against Americans on a day to day basis.

You are spinning this. The point is this girl from whatever trailor park she comes from, is a liar. She brought a poster about illegal immigration for History class. Duh...HISTORY, not CURRENT EVENTS. Now, she did this on purpose to get the Latino kids upset. But you see, the Latino kids probably looked at her and said "what is she smoking, this isn't history?"Then when she didn't get the reaction she wanted, she went and made up a story of what she thought would've happen.I say we deport her!
ANd what is your definition of Harsh? Remember before answering....This is the United States, it's the year 2008. Slavery ended, we passed the Civil Rights Act....we lead the world in Human Rights...OK, now answer:
Who's to say we can't force labor upon these illegals? It would help offset the cost inflicted by their presence...prisoners don't have rights...black slavery was wrong...they were not criminals...my parents became adults in the sixties...they were involved in the civil rights movement...well, they contributed with their voices in demonstrations...

Liar or not, it doesn't mean illegals still aren't bringing crime into the US. You are jumping on this like it is disproving all other illegal-immigrant activity. Yes, it was pretty ridiculous she came up with this lie and pretty sad to see, but whether or not you want to beleive it, illegal immigrants are only a burden that we should not have to deal with.

Deport her to where? If she were born/raised here-------good luck. If she were an Anchor Baby (which I doubt) and she were tossed out of the USA------then precedent would have been set to expel about 5-10 million additional minor age Anchors.
That stated; she does need to be punished by the authorities for her idiotic actions.

How many Latinos of obvious Euro White origin scream 'Whites go back to Europe'-------those sorts of incidents have been well documented.
So here's the deal, absolutely NO ONE knew what happened in the first place. People who believed the girls story only knew what they were told by the media, and people who didnt believe the girl's story only knew that they didnt believe what they were being told by the media.
The latter is HARDLY grounds for all this gloating I'm seeing. Its cool if some people were right and others were wrong, but the assertion that "Something is fishy"..or "Not everything is being told"..."Not all the facts are out yet" -----those are scarce grounds for this whole "I told you so..." and "I expect apologies" and similar sentiments that are being expressed now..
No one told anyone anything aside from "Somethings not right about this story"..."I want to see more evidence"...and "Well what if this had happened to provoke the alleged attack".....Those statements amount to little more than underachieving conspiracy theories. I've already expressed in concession that the girl duped many people including myself..
The only thing that was initially implicated in any of those poster's theories which held any light of truth, was that there was an element of "racism"/cultural prejudice by the girl...however once again, that truism was, luckily for some, entirely contingent on the presumption that she was lying about the whole incident in the first place...
Not once did I read where anyone refuting the girls story claimed that, "Well hey, maybe she walked around scratching herself up..and just blamed it on a group of Latinos"...no one told anyone anything from what I read
