It's easy to spot them.

No, there are illegals here.

You only become an immigrant when you get your permanent residency status.

Wait, so someone on a visa visit is an illegal immigrant?

IMHO this issue is overblown. I visit relatives in the midwest and I see as much if not more immigrants there (legal or not).

How so? Do they have "ILLEGAL" tattooed on their forehead? Can't say I've ever noticed that if that's the case.

They're everywhere though the national emergency stuff is a bunch of BS. It's not as bad as it was 20 years ago and we survived that. E-verify has changed one thing: you see a heck of a lot of young people, high school kids, working in the fast food/chain restaurant sector compared to what it used to be. And you no longer have to speak Spanish to order at the McDonald's drive through. In the construction and hospitality industries, builders and operators get around the law by subbing everything. No minimum wage, no health insurance and, of course, no e-verify or citizenship worries.

Amazing.......some people would rather give away their country than admit illegals come into the U.S and drink up U.S tax dollars, commit crime, clog hospital waiting rooms, cause drunken driver accidents, rape and kill.

It's bad enough American citizens do it............."we don't need any help thank you"

Apparently you deniers don't believe the Border Patrol, ICE and the NO GO sections on the American side of the border.
Here is a tip..........get out of your house and head down to the canyons along the border, camp out...You won't last the night.

Haha, seriously? There was only one comment that said we don't have illegal immigrants here and even that I think was sarcasm. Of course there are undocumented immigrants here, just as there are everywhere. The point is, that unless you're competing for the worst jobs available, they have little to no impact on daily life here.

Illegal immigrants commit crimes at a ~40-50% LOWER rate than native born or legal immigrants according to multiple legitimate studies. Even the Texas Border Patrol agrees that building the wall is a bad idea.
