I have spoken to a few of these people I always ask the same question what should we do about people who cross our border and live here illegally.

One told me their idea was if they get past the border they should be left to live out a normal life. That seems ridiculous to me.

I would like to hear from someone who post here who supports the "Undocumented Immigrant" what they think should be done about immigration.

I think very, very few people would support that. I wonder if that one person you spoke to was referring to someone who'd been here for one day vs. someone who'd been here for 20 years and was an assimilated, hard-working person.

Technically you are the government.
Once upon a time the government didn't care about civil rights, the environment, child labor, the disabled, etc. It took citizens protesting, making their voices heard, lobbying, etc.

5 years ago the Dems were against illegal immigration but did little about it. Today they seem to be all for it viewing the invaders as their future voting base. Still I can't help but wonder if the Dems are so Pro illegal for the simple fact that Trump is against it.

They say we are on track to hit ONE MILLION illegal aliens crossing the border this year and that does not count the Visa over stays. We are in trouble and it is only going to get worse. When will we reach the tipping point? When will the Dems and the Reps admit that we have a real problem that has to be addressed? Will they ever admit that a wall is a good idea?

I wonder if they would consider the border issue a crisis if half the population of the failed state of Venezuela decided that enough was enough and they formed up a caravan of several million people and started marching North?

This crisis is not going to end well. America and it citizens and Legal immigrants will be the losers and when our country collapses into a third world hell hole where can we migrate to .. Canada ?

What can be done today to prevent tragedy tomorrow?

Excellent post. The thing is though that some people agree with our government on certain issues like illegal immigration and allowing millions of them into our country unabated. They make it pretty obvious with their posts.

They made a choice to break OUR laws

At the end of the day they are just illegal aliens who have no respect
for America or OUR laws...Actions speak louder then words

For those who understand, no explanation is needed. For those who do not understand, no explanation is possible.
