Yes it is. To date a revote has not been taken. It will be interesting to see if this is revisited after the November elections.

Right. Not that is bares repeating but anchor babies are the recipients and those who run across our borders to give birth at the first sign of labor are the beneficiaries. Your attempt at being clueless about this Mexican spread word of mouth phenomenon is sad at best.

Indeed it is and even more disgusting are those of Mexican descent who pretend it's not true. But then they are also the ones who protest too much when the articles we post reiterate what they already know is true.
