I was kind of appalled myself at hearing about the women who bring their children to panhandle on American streets then let the border patrol take them back. Ive always seen this in Mexican border towns, but never seen it before in the U.S.

I dont know if thats big in El Paso, but Ive never seen that in Los Angeles, San Diego, or any other town in California or western Arizona.

Usually the pan handlers are crack heads...

I'm wondering if anyone in LA or SD has seen immigrant panhandlers. I think I would be annoyed if I saw this, because I dont condone illegally crossing over for hand outs. I still believe most come to work.

Unfortunately, some individuals (both sides of the border) will do anything to avoid a REAL JOB. ! ! ! !
