And you probably give it to them with a map to find their way to the next large city in our country.

My QUOTE was from the 14th Amendment...thus I am correct.

People are today misusing its original concept and its inception.

The 18th Amendment was changed later on...the 14th can also be rephrased towards todays needs.

The original intent of the 14th amendment was all about and for the children of the ex-slaves. If one interprets the amendment properly then one realizes that when an illegal happens to be in this country, their spawn is not a citizen, unless one of the parents happens to be a citizen of this country.

Amend the constitution, there is no reason to be paying for anchor babies, the hospital should sue the federal government and their country of origin.
Suing left and right, "the american way" is part of the problem, not a solution.

Kindly share with us just how it is that you propose paying for the many tens of millions of dollars in medical care that illegal aliens receive and do not pay for. Since you do not approve of requiring their home countries to cover the medical expenses of their citizens who are in the US illegally, what solution do you suggest? If you feel the US taxpayer should continue to have his/her pockets emptied to pay for the costs of delivering thousands of anchor babies among other things, explain why.

The anchor babies are protected by the constitution, they are legal citizens, with all the rights and responsibilities of any other american citizen.

Only because the powers that be are so involved with making our country part of the New World Order and using the wrong interpretation of the constitution. It might help if you would read up about the 14th amendment and what it was really added for.

Here is a link where you can some real information concerning the 14th amendment.

And that Anchor Baby loophole needs to be closed. France and Ireland; to name two, have eliminated it

Why don't the citizens of this country make it clear to the Congress, the President and the Supreme Court to start following the constitution?
