It is a high price to pay for future Democrat votes.

We all hear that idea a lot, but they are not obligated to vote for dems. Hopefully, if they don't go home they will turn on their masters.

While they are not obligated, the Dems are the ones that will make them promises as they always have. "Pathway to citizenship" (money in the bank from the citizen taxpayers!). Amnesty! And, if the Dems give the benefits to them, they know the next Dem will sweeten the pot for their relatives waiting in their home country to come on in and mooch off the taxpayers!

When you got a good thing going.............

As far as CA, I wonder if there is any hope if they elect conservatives, and we kick wrinkle butt Biden out on the curb and keep at bay in the future any of his conspirators that hope to replace him.

Certainly legal Americans can get Medicaid, food stamps, section 8 housing, and are Ssdi and welfare eligible depending.
Are illegals given more? The same?
Thanks.
Under the Biden America cares act the illegals now qualify and receive section 8 housing vouchers which are valid in all states!! Formerly one person in said household had to be here legally to qualify. And if newly arrived are considered “homeless” and prioritized for housing vouchers. Thereby jumping the long wait list of US citizens. Let’s go Biden.

We should have never allowed illegals to use their American born children to qualify for section 8 housing over American families. What liberal decided this.

Homeless in CA:

https://www.usich.gov/homelessness-s...lopment%20(HUD).

"As of January 2020, California had an estimated 161,548 experiencing homelessness on any given day, as reported by Continuums of Care to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Of that Total, 8,030 were family households, 11,401 were Veterans, 12,172 were unaccompanied young adults (aged 18-24), and 51,785 were individuals experiencing chronic homelessness."

Do you think if these homeless agreed to vote for the Democrats that we could get them off the street?

What these people didn't understand was that CA caters first and foremost to illegal aliens.

Birthright citizenship has been misinterpreted and replaced by a PC policy. There is nothing in the birthright citizenship clause that deems them so. It needs to go before the SC.

Definitely needs to go before the SC. What I don't understand is how someone or a group could possibly have thought that what was written meant illegal aliens could enter the country, drop an anchor baby and that baby be a citizen.

https://www.numbersusa.com/solutions...ht-citizenship

The act provides that "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and not subject to any foreign power, excluding Indians not taxed, are hereby declared to be citizens of the United States." This formulation makes clear, Eastman writes, that any child born on U.S. soil to parents who were temporary visitors to this country and remained a citizen or subject of the parents' home country "was not entitled to claim the birthright citizenship provided by the 1866 Act."

Reading the history of the 14th Amendment, one would have to be a turnip not to see understand the 14th Amendment's purpose.

Now, with CA? My best guess is that the companies running the agricultural business want the cheap labor, and with illegals they don't have to worry about extending benefits as the taxpayers step up to do that, willingly or unwillingly.

Illegals do Not need an anchor baby to qualify for the Biden expansion of the section 8 housing program. Any illegal, including single illegal males, now qualify and are prioritized over legal residents who have been waited listed for years. Previously one person had to have legal status in the US. Ie green card holder or legal citizen. (Anchor baby would be considered a legal citizen and “share housing” with rest of their family unit.

Biden dumped tremendous $$$$$ into the section 8 housing program AND opened it to all illegals. They also take priority over wait listed citizens due to being considered “homeless”

Can you cite the section of the build back better plan that outlines this ? I can only find that Biden added funding for 200,000 more section 8 vouchers.

I can not find any thing about it in regards to undocumented people. As for the Federal section 8 program there is currently 8 people waiting for each voucher.

In some states the waiting list for housing vouchers is actually closed. In CT the list has been closed since 2014. In NYC the list has been closed since 2007.

Some of my conclusions come from this article published in Oct 2021.
